Kristy has owned and operated a multimillion dollar business. She has worked in settings ranging from family therapy to hospice and led large groups in empowerment, transformation, corporate/private firewalks and other advanced education classes. She is a long time Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and Interfaith Minister. Kristy's passions are now deeply focused on realizing O'flo's vision and nurturing its sister charity, The O'Waken Foundation.
